Shipping partners used for order delivery - 

• All orders placed on Zuhur AL Oasis website are dispatched through our registered courier partners likes Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.

Pin codes on which we deliver - 

• We are delivering to pan India pin codes. There will be certain pin codes on which our serviceability might not be there and if any order is placed for such pin codes, the same will be cancelled and the customers will get the full refund for any amount which will be paid while placing the order.
• Customers can also inquire about pin code serviceability with us before placing the order if he/she has any queries for the same.
• Customers need to provide exact and accurate shipping details for proper delivery. Any incomplete details will result in a non-delivery situation.

Shipping charges - 

• For all the prepaid orders we provide 100% free delivery and customers does not have to pay any shipping charges.
• For a partial cash on delivery order, the customer will have to pay a small shipping amount of INR 49/- at the time of placing the order.
• We do not offer complete cash on delivery order as of now. 

Can multiple orders be combined and delivered? – 

• Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable as per the orders placed.

Fail delivery or customer unavailable while delivery attempt –

• In the event of delivery failure due to the customer's unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, India Circus assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for re-attempted delivery.
