Cancellation policy - 

• For any cancellation, the customer needs to contact the customer support through WhatsApp on 7738217968 before the order is dispatched. 
• Order cancellation will not be possible once the order is dispatched and if such orders are returned by the customers, any advance payment will be non-refundable.
• In the event of delivery failure due to the customer's unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, Zuhur AL Oasis assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for re-attempted delivery.

Return & Refund policy - 

• As our products come under non-returnable category, there will be no returns available. However, if the customer faces any issues such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us through WhatsApp number – 7738217968 within 3 days from the delivery date, along with supporting product images and the parcel opening / unboxing video and we will issue a replacement or refund in such cases.
• Refund option will be available only in case replacement product is not in stock. 
• Please note that return will not be applicable without the parcel unboxing video.
• Once the return is approved by Zuhur AL Oasis, return pickup will be arranged.
• Replacement or refund will be processed only after the return product is delivered back to Zuhur AL Oasis warehouse.
• Refund will be made in the original mode of payment.
